We have improved our service to enable less stress and hassle when clearing your container.
This service includes you being collected from your residence (in Jamaica) and being accompanied and advised where and when to attend the relevant offices in order to get your goods released for delivery.
The main purpose for this service is to re-assure you that you are not being left to make your own arrangements to get into town, and you will be helped in every stage of the clearance process.
We will collect you from your home (in Jamaica), escort you to Kingston for your customs interview, after the interview you will then be taken back home.
If required, we will then collect you from your home, the next day, and take you to the wharf for customs inspection of your goods.
Once completed, arrangements are made to deliver your goods to your home or address provided by you, where we will unload your goods at their final destination. This will normally be done on the same day, providing there are no complications.
Again we will arrange to collect you, as with the Gold Service But instead of returning you back home, we will put you up for a night in one of Kingston’s leading hotels, including dinner & breakfast.
We will then collect you from your hotel and take you for the customs inspection of your goods. We will then deliver your goods, unload the container, and dispose of any unwanted materials.
