After making intial contact with us, the first step is to make an appointment for us to visit you to ascerain what your require to ship.

During our visit we will determine what size (if any) container is required, Also what wrapping and packaging requirements are necessary.

You will then reieve a written quotaton for the transition of your goods.

We will deliver packing and wrapping materials and arrange dates to commence wrapping your furniture.

Dates and times are then mutually agreed for the loading or removal of your goods.

On an agreed date your goods are then loaded onto the container at your premises (provided there is access), or removed to load from our warehouse.

If it is solely your own goods being loaded, the container is then sealed in from of you, before it leaves for the docs. This seal is not broken until the container is ready for customs inspection in Jamaica.

Before you depart we will supply you with a "Bill of Lading" which contains all the relevant information.

Upon your arrival in Jamaica, your first priority is to contact our agent, and leave a contact number, so they can get in touch when the clearance procedure is about to begin.

We will arrange to either collect or meet you for your custom interview, after the interview we will then take you back home or wherever you are staying.

The container is then customs inspected the following day, and then your goods are taken to your home to be unloaded. Depending on availability and access, the container will be driven to your house or they will be put on trucks to be delivered to your home address.
